I appreciate that you were so responsive to the ideas that I had for the look and feel of the website. I was able to communicate what I wanted and your group was able to take my instruction and build exactly what I had envisioned. I find this particularly remarkable as I am not what you would call a “computer savvy” person. You were able to incorporate the changes within a 24 hour period so adjustments were easy to make and did not hold up the process. After years of working at for a national company doing website informational development I had a high standard set when it came to creating a website. My first task as Marketing Director of my firm lead me to needing a highly functional, trendy, and resourceful website. Our project was non-profit in nature, so our site has many educational aspects as well as a diverse demographic of users from all age groups. Some of the tools needed was the ability to have multiple dynamic pages that we could update, email blast our users, and seminars when appropriate. Also one of the concerns I had was the site being easy to operate for my interns to do updates. FlashPoint Productions accomplished this and more. From the beginning the entire team gave us creative freedom yet creative guidance as they are the experts. They maintained the timeline for production and actually finished ahead of schedule on the first production. The team also assisted with elements we may have missed or not realized we needed.
